Something in my order is damaged!

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that you have an issue with your SweetLegs and are happy to replace them.

Please email us at info@sweetlegs.ca and we will make you happy again!

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order.

If you wish to change your order please contact us. We will need to cancel and refund your order and you will be required to submit a new order.

My order status is ‘Processing’ what does this mean?

Order status of Processing means that we have received your order and payment. We are currently packaging your items and your order will be shipped soon! Once it is shipped you will receive  a notification via email with a tracking number.

My order status is “Completed”. What does this mean?

Order status of “Completed” means that we have packaged and shipped your order. You will receive an email confirming your details and listing your tracking numbers. If your order status says completed and you have not received a tracking number email please look in your junk and spam folder. If you are unable to find this information please contact us and we will re-send it to you.

How can I sell SweetLegs?

We have special prices on our leggings reserved for our Independent Distributor. Become a retailer today! Orders can be made directly through the website or contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We offer $5 flat rate shipping throughout North America and a low International rate of $20.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

YES! We do ship to PO Boxes, however please note FedEX does not! If you select $5 Flat Rate shipping at checkout and you have a PO Box your order will automatically ship Canada Post. If you mistakenly select a FedEx shipping option at checkout your order will ship with the Canada Post Equivalent. Either way you will get your SweetLegs!

Will i have to sign for my package?

All orders over $100 may require a signature release to prevent theft. You can sign at the door or enrol in the FedEx Signature Release program.

Oops! Is there something missing from your shipment?

Please be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your package tracking numbers check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If you packages each show a status of “delivered” please contact us for assistance.


How much will my shipping be?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Currently we have a $5 flat rate shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this promotion.

What is your shipping policy?

Most internet orders placed before 7:00 am (pacific time) Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed within two business days. Orders placed after 7:00 am Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Please note, orders placed after 7:00 am PST Monday through Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).

Order confirmation will be provided via email after the order is placed.

Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will be added on the shopping cart page automatically. Once the item is in your cart, the shipping charge you see is all you will be required to pay for the selected method of shipping.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Expected Delivery Dates:

All dates are estimates and may vary. Standard Ground: 3-14 business days after order processing 2-3-Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days. Shipment times vary and depend on your location. Some small cities may take up to 14 days!

Standard Shipping Rates:

Shipping Rate will be calculated based on the weight of the purchased products. To obtain a shipping quote please use our shipping estimates on the checkout page.

How much will it cost to ship to my country?

It’s easy to calculate your shipping cost. Once you have an item in your cart, click ‘view cart’ at the top of the page to select your country and calculate your approximate postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.

Please note that all prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.

US orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy.

When will my order ship?

Standard and Express shipping orders will ship within 2 business days once order and payment have been received.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times depend on your shipping method and where you are located. We do not guarantee delivery times. It is best not to leave your purchase for the last minute or it may not arrive for when you need it.

Please take into consideration shipping through the holiday season could be slower.

What is my tracking number?

All orders over 500 grams (2 pairs) will receive a tracking number for their order.Therefore orders under 500 grams (1 pair) will not receive a tracking number. If you wish to have a tracking number on your order be sure to choose the next available shipping method.

If you paid extra or upgraded your shipping then you will also receive a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped we will add the tracking number to your account and you will receive a ” Your Order Has Shipped” notification. The tracking number should be at the bottom of this email.  If you do not see the email from us please take a look in your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t see the email just let us know through the Contact Us page and we can re-send them.


I provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address?

If you realize that you have given us the wrong shipping information please Contact Us immediately. If your order has not been shipped we can make the correction. If your order has already been shipped there is no way for us or Canada Post/FedEx to make a correction. If Canada Post/FedEx cannot resolve the issue then the order will be shipped back to us. If the order is shipped back to us you will be responsible for paying to reship your order. SweetLegs will issue an invoice for shipping to you and once confirmed your order will re-ship.

Please double check that you have the correct shipping address.

I did not pick up my parcel from my shipping provider & they sent it back to you!

Our shipping providers will return parcels to us if they are not picked up by the customer within a certain time period. If your parcel is returned to us because you were unavailable to pick it up, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to re-send. SweetLegs will send a shipping invoice and once confirmed paid your order will re-ship. If there is a shipping error on our behalf we will happily re-send.

Please double check that you have the correct shipping address. Please note that unclaimed packages will be re-stocked after 4 months.

My package did not arrive.

Canada Post & FedEx provide excellent service and it is very unlikely that your package will not be delivered. However, if there are errors in the shipping address that you provided the parcel may be returned to us. Should this happen we will try and connect with you to confirm your shipping information or obtain a new shipping address. Please note that  we do not guarantee shipping times. Please Contact Us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days of your chosen shipping method.

What are your customer service hours?

We have some fantastic people working hard to answer your emails Monday through Friday from 8:00am PST to 4:00pm PST.

Please note that we do not reply to emails during the weekend or on Stat Holidays.

Do you have a SweetLegs store?

We are excited to announce our new retail location is now open to the public! Keeping it local you will find our new location here in the heart of Lake Country. The SweetLegs store is located at 104, 9950 main street, Lake Country, BC. For those that are familiar with Lake Country we are right beside the RBC Royal Bank, Shoppers Drug Mart and Capri Insurance.

Friday – Saturday 10-6 pm

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

What does ‘Final Sale’ mean?

If an item is marked ‘Final Sale,’  it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned ‘Final Sale’ items. Be sure to reach out to our Customer Service Team if you’re not sure if your order had Final Sale items included or not.

An item I love is out of stock! What can I do?

Sign up for a notification – it’s an easy way to find out when sold out items have been restocked. That way, whenever the pattern comes back, you’ll be the first person to find out! Notifications are sent out automatically when stock is updated via email.

Where do you get your leggings from?

All over! Our team works very hard to make sure that you get the best collection of quality and patterns available at all times.

How should I wash my SweetLegs?

We suggest hand washing with like colors in cold water and hang drying. Although we have been known to have a few of our own pairs accidentally go in the dryer, hang drying will help preserve the color and lifetime of any material!

What does ‘one size fits most’ mean?

SweetLegs are the  mother of all pants, seriously. They come in one size fits most! Really? YES! From an XS to XL, 100 to 195 lbs & 5’1″ to 6′ tall.

SweetLegs Plus are even more amazing! They fit a size 12-22, 150-200 lbs & 5’1-6′ tall.


Do you carry plus size leggings?

Yes, we have a SweetLegs Plus line. Our Plus line is made with the same magic material and fits from a size 12-22.

Can I combine coupon codes?

Coupon codes can not be combined. Please note that if you combine coupon codes your order may be cancelled and refunded.

How do I pay with a credit card?

Paying with your credit card is very simple. Once you are done shopping and are ready to check out just click on your cart.

  1. Choose your desired shipping option from the ‘shipping options’ or calculate your shipping costs. Proceed to check out.
  2. Enter your billing address and shipping address (if different then your billing address)
  3. Confirm your order is correct.

Now it is time to pay. If you wish to pay with PayPal follow PayPal’s directions for payment.

  1. If you wish use our secure credit card check out- select ‘credit card payment’
  2. Enter your card number, expiry date and CVN code ( three digit pin on back of card)
  3. be sure to press the “Place Order” button to place the order.

Do I have to pay taxes?

All Canadian customers have to pay GST / PST or HST according to the rates for your specific province. Rates are calculated on the “ship to address.” USA customers do not have to pay tax. International customers may be subject to taxes and import duties from their home country.
