If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! At SweetLegs, we aim to please, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better!
We know ordering online can be scary, but do not worry! SweetLegs has nailed down our shipping process and all orders are packed and shipped out within 24-48 hours! We take pride in offering very quick shipping and have partnered with Canada Post and FedEx to offer great speed and great rates. At checkout your available shipping options will be presented once you enter your valid “ship to” address, from here you can decide if you want to add one of our quicker shipping methods. Please note, FedEx does not Ship to PO Boxes, if you select a priority method with FedEx your order will ship via a Canada Post equivalent shipping method. Shipping times are based on once order is “shipped” and are based on business days, ie, orders placed on Friday will not ship until Monday regardless if Priority shipping is selected.

- $5.00 Flat rate shipping – Our discounted rate, we select the best option. Orders of one item will ship via Canada Post Letter mail without tracking unless another option is selected. Orders of 2 items or more will ship via Canada Post Tracked packet ( with tracking ) If you have a PO BOX OR FedEx Ground. Please note that orders are shipped the FOLLOWING business day after your purchase.
- FedEx Express Saver – Delivered by 5 p.m. in 1 to 3 business days to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences in most metropolitan areas.
- FedEx 2Day – Delivered by 5 p.m. in 1 to 2 business days to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences in most metropolitan areas.
- FedEx Priority Overnight – Delivered by Morning, next business day to most metropolitan areas, 2 to 3 business days to other areas. Please note that we do not offer same day shipping, orders will be shipped the FOLLOWING business day.
International Orders: ( USA & Beyond )
- FedEx International Economy – Delivery by second business day by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences in the U.S., 2 to 5 business days to most major world markets.
- FedEx International Priority – Delivery by 10:30 a.m. next business day to the U.S., 1 to 3 business days to rest of world.
Changing or cancelling an order:
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will cancel and refund your order less any administration fees. If your order has been sent we are no longer able to change your order. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the quantity of leggings, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
If nobody is at the address when Canada Post or FedEx makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the package is taken to the depot. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the Notification note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address, time or tell them the package can be left in your backyard etc. All orders over $100 may require a signature release to prevent theft. You can sign at the door or enrol in the FedEx Signature Release program.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your SweetLegs! In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a pre-damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item or exchange it for a store credit.
If you are unhappy about your purchase because of the color or pattern you chose, KEEP THE TAGS ON! and mail them back to us. We will issue you a store credit so you can choose another pair you love. Unfortunately if you wore the item out, just plain don’t like them, or got scissor happy and cut all the tags off, we will be unable to offer a return/exchange but please feel free to contact us and if there is anything we can do to help we will try our best.
Please note: there are no refunds – no exceptions! Any returned / defective items will be replaced or exchanged for a store credit for use on the website if we are notified of the issue within 30 days of purchase. Any items sent back without documentation, tags or with damage will not qualify for a credit.
• We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
• We will accept returns for items that are a manufacturer’s defect with OR without tags.
• Need to do an exchange? No problem. Send them back within 30 days for a store credit.
How to return a product
Please review our Return Policy to determine if you are eligible to return a product for exchange or store credit. If you have questions or are unsure if you are eligible please contact us immediately info@SweetLegs.ca PRIOR to returning any products. Please ensure you met all the criteria otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a store credit/exchange.
- Please email us with a full description of the issue, your order number and photos of any defects or issues you may have.
- Once we have determined you are eligible for a return / exchange we will send you a pre-paid FedEx return label to your email.
- ONLY manufactures defects are eligible for a pre-paid return labels. Shipping for exchanges is the customers responsibility. We recommend shipping with tracking.
Please ensure you include your original receipt, your RMA number as well as your name and address on the return. Without these details we will not be able to process your credit. Furthermore, a detailed description of the issue is necessary – if you have a claim.

It can take up to 30 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the credit within 48 business hours.
