Fedex Priority Overnight®: Next business day in most metropolitan areas.
Fedex 2 Day®: 1 to 2 business days in most metropolitan areas.
FedEx Express Saver®: 1-3 business days in most metropolitan areas.
Canada Post Xpresspost: 2-3 day shipping in most metropolitan areas.
Canada Post Expedited: 4-7 business days across Canada.
SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19:
FedEx: FedEx currently is not guaranteeing delivery times so you may experience delays. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or rural addresses and all orders with PO Boxes or rural addresses will ship Canada Post. Stay up to date of any FedEx shipping interruptions here.
Canada Post: At this time due to an overwhelming volume of packages in the Canada Post system, SweetLegs can't guarantee or manage any deliveries if you choose Canada Post at checkout or if you are shipping to a PO BOX or rural address. If you have a PO Box or rural address, SweetLegs recommends choosing a different address to ship your SweetLegs products to as delays may be up to 2 weeks or longer. Read more about any shipping interruptions here. If you require assistance with your Canada Post delivery, please contact Canada Post directly.
FedEx does not Ship to PO Boxes or rural areas. If you use a PO box or are in a rural area and select Express Air your order will ship Canada Post Expedited. Selecting any other priority method with FedEx, your order may be handed over to another courier or equivalent shipping method.
Shipping times do not include the time it takes for your order to process and be packed in our warehouse. Our standard processing and packing time is 24-48 hours but during the holiday season (November through December) processing and packing time take up to 10 business days from the date you place your order. All shipping times are based on business days, ie, orders placed on Friday will not ship until Monday regardless if Priority shipping is selected. Orders placed during large sales or events such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Boxing Day etc may take longer to process.
Please make sure your area is serviced by your preferred shipping method before choosing it, as not all areas will qualify for Priority service, and therefore your shipping times may vary.
Changing or canceling an order:
To cancel or change your order, please contact our super helpful customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order, but once your order arrives you may return it for a store credit. If you wish to change your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, our system doesn’t allow us to modify orders that are processing, therefore we will need to cancel and refund your original order and you will be required to make a new one.
If no one is at the address when FedEx or Canada Post makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the package is taken to the depot. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to SweetLegs.
When you find the missed delivery note in your mailbox, contact your shipping provider to arrange another pickup time, or hold for pickup. All orders over $100 will require a signature release to prevent theft. If you would like to forgo a signature on your package, please leave a note before submitting your order. Orders that decline a signature release will not be eligible for replacement if they are lost or stolen.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This MUST be included as Delivery Address at the time of checkout.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, but in the event that you don’t, we’re happy to help!
Upon receiving your order from SweetLegs, please promptly try on all items to ensure that you are satisfied, and contact us immediately should you have any concerns.
SweetLegs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any items sent back to us with customer damage including soiling, without documentation, and/or without tags (where applicable) will not receive a credit. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to the fluid nature of our inventory, all returns and exchanges will be issued a store credit which can be used to reorder new items at your convenience. SweetLegs website store credits can not be used with SweetLegs Independent Distributors or at our Lake Country Flagship Store.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to arrive at our Distribution Center. Once received, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our customer service team to issue you a credit to your email. Please add email@example.com to your address book to make sure your store credit does not end up in your junk mail/spam or promotions folder.
30 days from the delivery date on your Canada Post or FedEx tracking for e-commerce customers.
30 days from date of purchase for any items purchased through an Independent Distributor or at our Lake Country Flagship Store.
Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS/INCORRECT ORDER:
Under the following conditions, you are eligible to return your SweetLegs products back to us for a SweetLegs.ca store credit for the price paid, and we will pay your shipping by issuing you a prepaid shipping label through Canada Post:
- We processed your order incorrectly
- You received pre-damaged products or your products are defective
Defective items or orders processed incorrectly may also be eligible for a shipping credit. Please email our fast and friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of your defective or incorrectly packed items to start your exchange.
If you are unhappy about the fit, print, or colour, you may return your unwashed, unaltered, and unworn SweetLegs products (excluding final sale items) with tags still attached to us for a SweetLegs store credit for the price paid, however, shipping will be your responsibility.
